I’m looking forward to heading up to the Mildura Country Music Festival at the start of October to meet up with my great mate Neil McArthur at the daily Bush Poets Breakfasts.
It’s been a few years since I last ventured up that way so it will be fantastic to catch up with all the other Poets and Musos, as well as saying G’day to some familiar faces in the audience. I’m told that the crowds have been growing rapidly over the past few years so I’m expecting plenty of fun and mayhem each morning.
Bush Poetry has a huge following at the Mildura Country Music Festival these days thanks largely to the great work by Neil and his merry band of walk up Poets. If you’re up that way why not drop in to the Edge Hotel one morning for a bloody good belly laugh.
